Our journey begins at the designated time in Calle Juan Ruiz de Alarcón, located in the vibrant center of Taxco. From here, we will travel to the agricultural area of Cacalotenango, where an organic coffee farm awaits us!

You may think that quality coffee is exclusive to Colombia, but on this tour, we will uncover the intriguing aspects of Mexican coffee cultivations. Upon our arrival at the farm, we will explore the fields dedicated to organic coffee and observe the annual cycle of planting through to processing.

During our visit, we will encounter two distinct varieties grown here, Marseille and Costa Rican. We will guide you in recognizing their unique characteristics. Additionally, we will partake in a coffee tasting featuring the farm's own produce, offering a delightful experience for your taste buds!

To enhance our excursion, we will savor a delicious meal of corn sopes topped with eggs and grilled meat, showcasing a classic Mexican dish.

Fully re-energized, we will return to Taxco, concluding this enriching tour after four hours of discovery.
