Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class

We'll meet at your chosen time in front of Avlabari metro station and start this experience with a visit to the private home of a Georgian family, who'll give us a local cooking class.

With the help of Shorena, a Georgian woman with over 30 years of experience, we'll prepare several traditional Georgian dishes including Khinkali, Khachapuri, aubergines with nuts, a typical Georgian salad, and cornbread.

You will follow Shorena's recipes and cook independently, then taste the dishes you've prepared. The dishes will be accompanied by Georgian sulguni cheese and white wine.

To celebrate, we will have some Chacha, the traditional Georgian brandy. The class lasts 3 hours, after which we will help you find the nearest metro, just a 10-minute walk away, for your return to your hotel or other parts of the city.
