Learn how to cook typical dishes in Georgian gastronomy such as aubergines with walnuts, khinkali, or khachapuri in our Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class in Tbilisi.

Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class

We'll meet at your chosen time in front of Avlabari metro station and start this experience with a visit to the private home of a Georgian family for a local cooking class.

With Shorena, a Georgian woman with over 30 years of cooking experience, we'll prepare traditional dishes including Khinkali, Khachapuri, aubergines with nuts, a typical Georgian salad, and cornbread.

You'll follow Shorena's recipes and cook independently, after which you will taste the dishes you've prepared. Our meals will be accompanied by Georgian sulguni cheese and white wine.

To celebrate, we'll enjoy some Chacha, the traditional Georgian brandy. After 3 hours, we'll say our goodbyes and guide you to the nearest metro station, just a 10-minute walk away, to return to your hotel or another destination in the city.
