Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class

We'll meet at your chosen time in front of Avlabari metro station and start this experience with a visit to the private home of a Georgian family, who will provide a local cooking class.

With the support of Shorena, a Georgian woman with over 30 years of cooking experience, we will prepare several traditional Georgian dishes, including khinkali, khachapuri, aubergines with nuts, a typical Georgian salad, and cornbread.

You will follow Shorena's recipes to cook independently, and then taste the dishes you have prepared. Our meals will be accompanied by Georgian sulguni cheese and white wine.

To celebrate our efforts, we will enjoy some Chacha, the traditional Georgian brandy. After 3 hours, we will say our goodbyes and guide you to the nearest metro station, a 10-minute walk away, for your return to your hotel or another location in the city.
