Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class

We'll meet at your chosen time in front of Avlabari metro station and start this experience with a visit to a Georgian family home for a local cooking class.

Under the guidance of Shorena, a Georgian woman with over 30 years of kitchen experience, we will prepare traditional Georgian dishes including khinkali and khachapuri, along with aubergines with nuts, a typical Georgian salad, and cornbread.

Following Shorena's recipes, you'll cook independently and then taste the dishes you've prepared. Our meal will be complemented by Georgian sulguni cheese and white wine.

To celebrate, we'll have some Chacha, the traditional Georgian brandy. After 3 hours, we will conclude the class and provide directions to the nearest metro, which is a 10-minute walk. You can then return to your hotel or explore another part of the city.
