Kakheti Guided Tour & Wine Tasting

After meeting in Tbilisi in the morning, we'll head east to the Kakheti region, known for its vineyards.

Our first stop will be a picturesque town for a baking masterclass, where participants will learn to make Georgian bread and enjoy a tasting.

Next, we'll visit the Monastery of St Nino at Bodbe, a significant pilgrimage site from the 9th century, which houses the tomb of St Nino and provides views over the Alazani Valley and Caucasus Mountains.

We will proceed to the charming town of Signagi, where you'll have free time to explore its cobbled streets and views of the Alazani Valley. Alternatively, you can visit the Pirosmanishvili Museum dedicated to Georgian artist Nico Pirosmanishvili.

After Signagi, we'll visit a local wine cellar to taste seven different Georgian wines and learn about their production process. Participants will also taste chacha, a local vodka, and learn a traditional toast. You will have about half an hour of free time for lunch.

At the end of the trip, we will return to Tbilisi, arriving around 6:30 pm.
