When booking your buggy tour in Guatiza and Mala, you can choose a 2 or 3-hour tour. Both tours start along Calle Goleta and proceed to the buggy parking area.

2-hour tour

The 2-hour adventure begins on the dirt tracks of Guatiza, a village that thrived economically in the 19th century due to red cochineal production. During the tour, you'll learn about the uses of this insect. The route includes visits to Guatiza's quarries and the Los Cocoteros salt mines, operational since 1940. The tour concludes with a stop in the village of Mala to view the cacti and local agricultural traditions.

3-hour tour
