Los Volcanes Natural Park Buggy Tour

Exciting adventures, delightful experiences, and breathtaking sceneries await you during this buggy excursion through the paths of the Los Volcanes Natural Park. This journey also includes a hiking experience around the El Cuervo volcano and the intriguing Las Grietas.

Tour Overview

We will gather at the designated location, C. la Goleta, where you will be escorted to the parking area for the buggies. Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey across the roads and trails of Lanzarote? Let’s begin!

The buggy adventure kicks off from Puerto del Carmen, steering towards the Los Volcanes Natural Park. Throughout this trip, we'll cover approximately 70 kilometres (43 miles), taking in the picturesque views along the well-maintained roads.

Upon reaching Los Volcanes Natural Park, we’ll disembark from the buggies to enjoy a hike around the El Cuervo volcano. This 40-minute trek provides an opportunity to marvel at the magnificent crater formed after the 1730 eruption of the Timanfaya volcano.

Next, we will return to the buggies and proceed to the La Geria wine region, where the iconic vineyards of Lanzarote await your admiration.

The day will conclude with a visit to Las Grietas, situated within the Tías municipality. Here, we’ll explore this volcanic structure on foot, which is the result of a collapse from the Montaña Blanca volcano. The fissures reveal multiple layers of hardened lava, making it a truly unique natural monument.

After an engaging 2-hour excursion on our buggies, we will return to the original meeting point to conclude the tour.

Requirements

Participants wishing to drive a buggy must be at least 20 years old and must possess a type B driving license held for a minimum of 2 years.

Travelers have the option to ride solo or share the buggy with up to three additional people, allowing a total of four occupants. Non-driving companions must be at least 3 years old to participate.
