Mossy Forest Tour
At the designated time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Brinchang for a 1-hour drive to Gunung Brinchang Mountain, where Mossy Forest is situated. This forest is located at approximately 6,561 feet (2000 meters) above sea level, making it one of the highest points in the region.
Upon arrival at Mossy Forest, you will encounter a unique landscape that is literally in the clouds. The tour includes an over 1 mile (2 km) walking route where you will learn about the diverse natural environment that thrives at these high elevations. The forest is home to not only moss but also ferns, lichens, and orchids.
Additionally, the itinerary includes visits to a tea plantation and factory (closed on Mondays), a butterfly and insect center, and a strawberry plantation.
After 4 hours of exploration, we will return to the entrance of Mossy Forest and transport you back to your hotel in Brinchang.
