1 or 2-Day Trip to Petra

On this 1 or 2-day trip to Petra by plane, we'll travel from Israel to Jordan and discover the secret city of the Nabataeans.

1-Day Trip

At the designated time, you'll board a 50-minute flight from Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport to Ramon International Airport in southern Israel. Upon landing, we will pick you up and drive east to Jordan.

Following a scenic two-and-a-half-hour desert drive, we will reach Petra. During our guided tour, we'll explore the history of this ancient city, rediscovered by Swiss explorer Jean Louis Burckhardt in the 19th century.

Our exploration will include the royal tombs and the iconic Treasury. After the tour, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant. You will then return to Ramon Airport for your flight back to Ben Gurion Airport, arriving approximately 21 hours after departure.

2-Day Trip

Day 1

On the first day, we will follow the same itinerary as the 1-day tour. After lunch, we’ll take you to a cozy accommodation in Petra for the night, where you can have dinner at your leisure.

Day 2

After breakfast, we'll revisit the archaeological site to explore the Petra Monastery, the Great Temple of Petra, and the Qasr Al Bint Temple. We will conclude by visiting the Petra Museum. Lunch is available at a local restaurant if desired.

We will then transfer you to Ramon Airport for your return flight, arriving at the Tel Aviv terminal around 9 pm.

Visa and passport

A valid passport is required to enter Jordan, along with a visa fee of 140 USD per person when crossing the Jordanian-Israeli border.
