Bethlehem, Jericho and Jordan River Full-Day Tour

Our Bethlehem, Jericho, and Jordan River Tour, visits three of the most fascinating locations in the area. We begin the day by getting a glimpse of the new Bethlehem as we pass by the well-known Banksy Hotel for a quick photo stop (time permitting). Following that, you'll go to a neighborhood artisanal shop where there will be a presentation of indigenous Palestinian goods and a tea or coffee break.

After a brief stroll through the alleys of the ancient city and a stop at the Milk Grotto, continue with a guided tour of the Church of the Nativity, the actual location of Jesus Christ's birth.

After leaving Bethlehem, you will make your way to the lowest point on Earth, where you will eventually arrive at Jericho, which is thought to be the world's oldest city.

Have a guided tour of the lovely Mount of Temptations monastery as you ascend the cable car (not included) to take in the breathtaking view of the green oasis. You can try the local dates, halva, and other treats by making a quick visit at the Gallery of Temptations.

After that, proceed to the Qasr al-Yahud Baptismal Site, where it is said that Jesus was baptized.

Itinerary

6:30am - Pickup from Tel Aviv

7:45am - Pickup from Jerusalem

8:30am - Arrive in Bethlehem and meet your local guide, tour the city

12pm- Continue to Jericho for your guided tour and ascend the Mount of Temptation

2:30pm - Visit the Qasr al Yahud Baptismal Site on the Jordan river

5:30pm - Arrive back in Jerusalem

6:30pm - Arrive back in Tel Aviv

Your guide will use a service called Skip the Line to purchase your tickets in advance. They will collect cash for this on the bus.
