Visit the oldest city in the world when you take this fantastic tour to Jericho from Tel Aviv, exploring this iconic Biblical location.

Jericho Trip

After pickup from your selected hotel in Tel Aviv at around 7:15 am, we will head to Jericho, known as the oldest city in the world. A guide will provide insights on its ancient origins as you stroll through the historic city center.

You will explore the Biblical city of Jericho, learning about the Battle of Jericho recounted in the Book of Joshua, including the famed falling walls. You will also see the sycamore tree related to the biblical account of Zacchaeus and stop at Elisha's Spring.

At Mount Temptation, you can opt for a ride to the summit via the Jericho cable car for panoramic views and visit the Greek Orthodox monastery situated at the top.

Continuing the biblical journey, we will visit Qaser el Yahud by the River Jordan, where Jesus was baptized, followed by a stop at the Dead Sea to relax in its mineral-rich waters.

After some free time at the Dead Sea, we will return to the starting point, concluding the excursion around 5:15 pm.
