Dare to discover the magic, mysteries and legends of the mythical ancient city of Teotihuacán on this guided tour of the archaeological site with an expert English-speaking guide.

Description

We'll meet at the main entrance of the archaeological site of Teotihuacán, in front of the Citadel, to begin our guided tour of the city of the gods.

The city thrived between the 3rd and 7th centuries A.D. as we explore its significant monuments, including the Avenue of the Dead, the Palace of the Jaguars, and the Palace of Quetzalpapalotl. An optional climb of the Quetzalpapalotl temple will be available for those interested in discovering its secrets.

Next, we will stop in front of the pyramids of the Sun and the Moon to uncover the mysteries of these structures, including the fact that the base of the Pyramid of the Sun is the second-largest pre-Hispanic building in Mesoamerica. We will also learn about the goddess of agriculture in early Toltec culture.

Upon completion of the 2.5-3 hour tour, we will return to the meeting point.
