Otumba and Axapusco Trip
At the scheduled time, we will meet on Calle Emiliano Zapata, where bike rentals are available for those without their own. From there, we depart from Teotihuacan and begin our ride.
We will cycle for 18 miles along the old train tracks that connected Teotihuacan to Axapusco. Enjoy the cactus landscape before reaching our first stop in Otumba, home to the Railway Museum, where we will learn about this transport history.
After visiting Otumba, we will continue our ride to the town of Axapusco. Here, we will explore the historic center and visit the 16th-century Church of San Esteban. Then, we will enjoy a traditional Mexican meal.
