Otumba and Axapusco Trip
At the designated time, we will meet on Calle Emiliano Zapata, where bike rentals are available if needed. From there, we will leave Teotihuacan and start our ride.
We will pedal for 18 miles along the old train tracks linking Teotihuacan with Axapusco. Enjoy the cactus landscape before our first stop at Otumba, home to the Railway Museum, where we will learn about this iconic transport.
After this stop, we will continue to Axapusco, exploring the historic center and visiting the 16th-century Church of San Esteban. We will enjoy a traditional Mexican meal to regain our energy.
With our strength restored, we will bike back to Teotihuacan, returning to the original starting point approximately 6 hours after the ride begins.
