Your day will begin with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Teresina, followed by a journey towards Sete Cidades National Park, located approximately 190 km (118 miles) from the city. The trip promises to be rewarding!

Once we arrive at the park, we will initiate a 5 km (3 miles) hike to explore the region's diverse flora, fauna, and natural habitats. Along the way, we will stop at viewpoints to appreciate ancient rocky formations that have been shaped over millennia!

This hiking experience lasts roughly 3 hours, after which we will take a refreshing break at a water well. Additionally, there will be time to have lunch at your own expense.
