Tour Details
At the appointed time, we'll meet in front of the statue of Eleftherios Venizelos in Thessaloniki and head west of the city.
After a journey of approximately 1 hour, we'll arrive at the archaeological site of Dion, dedicated to Zeus. You will see the remains of the theater and various temples and shrines. Following this, you can visit the Archaeological Museum of Dion, which houses classical sculptures, exquisite artifacts, and impressive mosaics.
We'll then enter Mount Olympus National Park, the highest mountain in Greece at 2,918 meters. There, we'll take a hike along its trails to the Agia Kori waterfall, where you can swim in emerald waters.
Next, we will visit the Olympus National Park Information Center for an audiovisual exhibition on the park's ecosystem and cultural significance. A traditional Greek restaurant will provide an opportunity for lunch at your own pace.
The tour concludes with our return to the meeting point in Thessaloniki, approximately 8 hours after the start.
