Tijuana Private Day Trips

If you're spending a few days in Tijuana and wish to explore Baja California, our private day trips are ideal. Both tours start at 9 am and include hotel pick-up, transport by minibus, and an English-speaking guide.

Tecate Day Trip (8 hours)

After hotel pickup, we will travel to Tecate. Here, we will enjoy panoramic views of this Magic Town and visit the desert area of La Rumorosa, along its famous winding road to observe unique rock formations.

Next, we will visit a traditional bakery to sample brick oven-baked bread and the El Vallecito Archaeological Zone, which features 23 paintings and petroglyphs in a cave of the Yumanes. Depending on availability, we will either visit Camp Alaska or the Kumiai Community Museum. You will have 1 hour of free time for lunch before returning to Tijuana.

Guadalupe Valley Wine Tour (9 hours)

This tour includes a visit to the Guadalupe Valley, meeting three families cultivating vineyards, who will explain their processes, from vineyard management to bottling. Each estate will provide a wine tasting experience, featuring whites, chardonnay, clombard, and merlot, incorporating visual, olfactory, and taste phases of the tasting.

You will have 1 hour of free time in Puerto Nuevo for lunch before returning to Tijuana.

The vineyards visited during the Guadalupe Valley tour may vary. Some options include Baron Balché, Cetto, Casa Magoni, Santo Tomás, Viñedos de la Reina, or Pedro Domecq.
