Join us on our day trip to Iruya and explore Tilcara's surroundings, experiencing Argentina's colonial past through the town's cobblestone streets.

Iruya Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Tilcara at the scheduled time and head to the town of Iruya. The minibus journey will take around three hours.

During the trip, we will learn about the historical harvesting methods in terraced fields and the utilization of mountain water. The scenic drive offers picturesque views.

Upon arrival in Iruya, we will take a guided tour of the town to explore its history and key landmarks, including the church, the cobbled streets, and the central square. We will visit a viewpoint to appreciate the unique location of the town, ideal for photography opportunities.

Before returning, you will have 1 hour of free time to explore further and have lunch if desired. The trip concludes with our return, dropping you off at your hotel in Tilcara approximately 10 hours later.
