Chichén Itzá Ticket: Skip the Line

At a time of your choice, present your ticket at the Chichén Itzá Archaeological Site ticket office to receive your entry ticket. Explore the site without restrictions. Your visit will take you to the Pyramid dedicated to the god Kukulkán, known as the "Castillo", which also functions as a large calendar for the Mayas. You'll also see two colossal feathered serpent heads on the north staircase. Your ticket includes access to the Temple of the Warriors and the Ball Game area, where Mesoamerican civilizations engaged in their favorite sport.

Opening hours

Chichén Itzá is open from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. Final admission is at 4 pm. The following areas close at this time: the Ball Game, the Sacred Cenote, the Thousand Pillars Square, the Observatory, and the Las Monjas Complex.

Fares and Gratuities

The skip-the-line ticket includes admission fees and is the same price for locals and foreign visitors.The official ticket price at the ticket office is lower (95MXN per person), but a government tax applies (548MXN for foreign customers and 190MXN for nationals). This option requires waiting in line.Reduced rates are available for individuals over 60, retirees, teachers, active students, individuals with disabilities, and researchers with INAH permits (valid identification will be requested).
