Our journey begins at the designated meeting point on Rruga e Dibrës, followed by a drive to Durres, a key city in Albania.

Approximately 50 minutes later, we will arrive in Durres and kick off our guided exploration of the city.

Our first stop will be the Roman amphitheatre, the standout landmark and one of the largest ancient structures found in the Balkan Peninsula. While we walk through its ruins, fascinating insights into its history and architecture will be shared—did you know that a significant portion of the amphitheatre is sustained by natural terrains?

Next, we will proceed to the Sfinksi Monument, a contemporary design resembling the Egyptian Sphinx, which provides stunning panoramic views of both the coastline and cityscape. Subsequently, we will immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the historic centre of Durrës, wandering through bustling streets filled with cafés, historic architecture, and local markets as we discuss the city’s origins.

After this deep dive into Albania’s historical context, our tour will take us to the Duka winery, just a 30-minute drive away. Upon our arrival, we'll engage in a 40-minute guided tour where you’ll gain insights into the intricate winemaking process, alongside learning about local grape varieties and the region's unique soil properties.

Following the winery tour, enjoy a traditional meal featuring homemade Raki. This delightful feast will include a variety of appetizers, a hearty meat dish, fresh seasonal salad, a sweet dessert, wine from the vineyard, and water.

Once satisfied, you’ll have some leisure time to unwind at the nearby lake. Choose to either embark on a kayak or a boat ride—the choice is yours!
