When booking, you can choose between 2 options. Both include hotel pickup, transfer, transport by minibus, and an English-speaking guide throughout the tour. Below are the details of both options:

Trip to Durrës + Visit to a Winery (6 hours)

We will depart from Tirana to Durrës, the oldest city in Albania, located by the Adriatic Sea. Upon arrival, a guided 2-hour tour will cover sites like the amphitheatre, hot springs, aqueduct, and Venetian walls, plus views from the harbour.

Next, we will visit a traditional winery to learn about Albania's ancient winemaking tradition. We will tour the vineyard for 30 minutes, exploring grape varieties and harvest secrets, followed by a visit inside the winery to understand the production process.

The experience will conclude with a tasting of 3 wines and raki, paired with traditional aperitifs before returning to Tirana after 6 hours.

Trip to Durrës + Apollonia Ruins (9 hours)

After departing Tirana, the tour will visit the ruins of Apollonia, Albania’s key archaeological park. A 2-hour tour will explore the remains of this ancient Greek city, notable for its historical significance, including sites like the Monument of the Agonotetas, Triumphal Arch, and Monastery of Santa Maria.

We then continue to Durrës for a 1-hour guided tour of its main monuments, followed by 2 hours of free time to eat and explore the city before returning to Tirana after 9 hours.
