Tour Details

At the appointed time, we'll meet at the Clock Tower and begin our guided tour of the top landmarks in the Albanian capital.

First, we'll check out Skanderbeg Square and the imposing mosaic that covers the top of the facade of the National Museum. We'll learn all about this building before pausing in front of the Et'hem Bey Mosque, which was unable to open its doors during the Communist period.

Our walking tour of Tirana will then take us to buildings such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the Dajti Hotel. The next part of our tour will lead us down the beautiful streets of the city centre as we cross the bridge over the Lana River and come to the striking Pyramid of Tirana.

Nearby, you'll find the headquarters of the former Communist Party, the Congresses Palace, and Mother Teresa Square, dedicated to the Albanian Catholic nun. We'll also see the Archaeological Museum and the Polytechnic University.

After 2 hours, we'll return to the starting point, bringing our tour to an end.
