Tour Details
We'll meet on the corner of Juárez Street on Progreso Street to begin this tram tour of the old town of San Pedro Tlaquepaque. During the journey, the tram will stop at the Casa del Artesano, Plaza Amantolli, Plaza Pavo Real, Plazoleta del Arte, and Azulejos Talavera Cantú Gallery. At each location, you will have between 10 to 15 minutes to explore. You can also taste a typical treat and may enjoy a nieve de garrafa or a raspado. The tour lasts 1 hour and concludes at the starting point.
El Refugio Cultural Center & National Ceramics Award Museum
During booking, you can select a tour option that includes tickets to the El Refugio Cultural Center and the National Ceramics Award Museum along with your tram ride. The El Refugio Cultural Center, established in a historic 1885 building, offers gardens, corridors, and exhibition spaces. The National Ceramics Award Museum showcases pieces that have won the Pantaleón Panduro National Ceramics Award.
Tram Schedule
The Tlaquepaque tram operates Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with departures every 60 minutes. The last departure is at 5 pm.
