Tour Details
We'll meet on the corner of Juárez Street on Progreso Street to begin this tram tour of the old town of San Pedro Tlaquepaque. During the journey, this traditional vehicle will stop at notable locations such as the Casa del Artesano, the Plaza Amantolli, the Plaza Pavo Real, the Plazoleta del Arte, and the Azulejos Talavera Cantú Gallery. At each stop, you'll have between 10 to 15 minutes to explore.
To enhance the experience, you can enjoy a traditional treat. Depending on the day, you'll have the opportunity to taste a nieve de garrafa or a raspado. After this 1-hour tram ride, we'll conclude our tour at the starting point.
El Refugio Cultural Center & National Ceramics Award Museum
During the booking process, you can select an option that includes tickets to the El Refugio Cultural Center and the National Ceramics Award Museum along with your tram ride. The Cultural Center is housed in a historic building from 1885, featuring gardens, corridors, and exhibition spaces. The National Ceramics Award Museum displays pieces that have received the Pantaleón Panduro National Ceramics Award, established over 40 years ago.
Tram Schedule
The Tlaquepaque tram operates Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and runs every 60 minutes. The last departure is at 5 pm.
