Private Day Trip to Kawagoe
After meeting your guide at the Shunjuku station, you'll board the train for Kawagoe, with a journey of just under an hour.
Upon arrival, we'll visit the Kita-in temple, an ancient Buddhist shrine built in 830 AD, featuring significant Rakan sculptures.
Next, we'll stroll through the city center, including Taisho Roman Street, which showcases life in the 1910s and 20s, with many buildings over 100 years old.
We will see the traditional black houses in the Ichiban-gai district, reflecting the Edo period. We will also visit the Toki-No-Kane bell tower, built in the 17th century.
