Tokyo Metro Pass

The subway is the best option for moving quickly around Tokyo. With Tokyo's 13 subway lines, this metro pass offers access to all of them, facilitating exploration of the city. Though it may seem confusing, the subway lines are well-structured and you'll navigate them like a local after a few trips. A map will be provided with your passes for route planning or assistance if needed.

Note that this metro pass is not valid for JR trains or other public transport modes. It is only valid for the Tokyo metro system and the TOEI Transportation system.

How does it work?

Your passes will be sent to you, and activation occurs upon passing through the first subway turnstile. You'll have 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on the selection, to enjoy unlimited rides on the Tokyo subway during that time.

Times and frequency

The Tokyo Metro operates daily from 5 am to 12:30 am. Generally, trains arrive every three minutes.

Children Under 6

Children under 6 can ride the Tokyo metro for free. An adult with a metro pass can bring up to 2 children under 6 at no charge.
