Tour Options

Choose from three different hiking routes starting at 8 am from Calzada del Pacífico road in Toluca de Lerdo with an English-speaking guide.

Tunnels Route (7 hours)

A 10-kilometer hike through fir, cedar, and pine trees with tunnels along the way. Enjoy a lagoon at over 9500 feet with a 45-minute break. Return by 3 pm.

Cañada Route (8 hours)

A 7-kilometer hike along a river to a lake at over 9,500 feet. Explore clearings and tunnels. Return by 3 pm.

Hill Route (9 hours)

A 13-kilometer hike reaching an altitude of nearly 10,500 feet. Enjoy a 45-minute break with breathtaking views. Return by 5 pm.

Meeting Point

Meet at 8 am on Calzada del Pacífico road. Follow the guide to the foothills of Nevado de Toluca National Park to start the hike.
