Why Visit the Piedra Wineries?

This visit to the Piedra Wineries illustrates how a family's dedication to wine has resulted in high-quality wines. The meeting point is at the entrance of the Piedra Wineries, located in the outskirts of Toro, in the Guareña Valley. The visit will unveil the secrets of the wines produced here.

Initially, we'll tour the vineyards established in 1967, recognized as the largest and oldest vineyard plots in Toro. The tour includes the Bocarrage vineyard, where we will learn about the elements contributing to this terroir, focusing on the environment and daily practices that ensure grape quality.

Next, we will enter the winery to understand the winemaking process. Participants will have the opportunity to taste wine directly from the tanks.

Finally, we’ll proceed to the tasting room to engage in a tasting session of 3 different wines, allowing us to appreciate the distinct qualities of the wines from Piedra Wineries.

The tour concludes after 1.5 hours of insightful experiences in Toro.
