Comillas & Gaudí Capricho Guided Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the Pabellón Municipal La Habana Vieja in Torrelavega. From there, we'll head to Cantabria's western coast to the town of Comillas.

Our first stop will be the Cabezón de la Sal forest, known for its sequoias that reach over 131 feet (40 metres). After the forest visit, we will continue to Comillas, a notable town on the Cantabrian coast.

During the tour in Comillas, we'll explore monuments that attracted Spanish aristocracy in the early 20th century. We'll visit the former Seminary Mayor, now part of the University of Comillas, located on a hill with views of the Sobrellano Palace.

Next, we will visit Villa Quijano to see Gaudí's Capricho, showcasing his distinct architectural style and details. After this visit, a bus tour of Comillas will be conducted, featuring the Exterminating Angel sculpture and the Tres Caños Fountain. We will return to Torrelavega, concluding a four-hour excursion.
