Valles Pasiegos Food Tour

At 8:30 am, we will meet next to the Pabellón Municipal La Habana Vieja, in Torrelavega. From there, we'll board a minibus and head towards the lush Valles Pasiegos to taste the local gastronomy.

Our first stop is Santoña, known for its anchovies. We'll visit the Emilia canning factory, the most famous in the area.

Afterwards, we'll go to Noja to visit the Vidular Winery and learn how their wines are made, followed by a wine and cheese tasting.

Once we've finished the tasting, we'll continue to a local restaurant for a typical Spanish menu del día lunch. After lunch, we'll visit the Braguia Viewpoint for views of the mountains and Vega de Pas.

The final stop is Selaya, where we'll visit the Sobaos Joselín factory, the largest in the region, known for its sobaos and cheesecakes.

We'll return to our starting point, arriving at approximately 5:30 pm.
