Aqualand Torremolinos

In the event that one or more attractions were out of use, the amount of the ticket would not be refunded or partial.
♪ The customer will not be entitled to any refund of the ticket amount once inside the park facilities or when the weather conditions provoke the decision to close the attractions or the park.
♪ In the event of a serious accident or threat of explosive or other nature, the park director may decide to remove the premises for security reasons. The user may not require the refund of the amount of their entry or any other concept.
♪ The company has the right to change prices, discounts or dates/ opening hours at any time for its own reasons or outside the park.
♪ In the interest of hygiene and safety it is necessary that customers who use aquatic attractions look only with bathing clothes.
♪ The Park Authority reserves the right of admission and may also, if the conduct of one or more users is not correct, proceed to the expulsion of the premises.
