Leave Spain behind for a day and explore Tangier, the gateway to Africa. Discover the unique beauty and lively atmosphere of the historic Moroccan city on this excursion from Torremolinos.

Tangier Day Trip Itinerary

We'll pick you up from Hotel Tent in Torremolinos in the morning and head to Tarifa, the port city in Cadiz, to catch the ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar.

Upon arriving in Tangier, you will begin your Moroccan adventure with a sightseeing bus tour through the New City, showcasing the most lavish areas of the city.

Next, you will explore the Petit Socco or Souk Dakhli, historically one of the most important markets in Morocco, now surrounded by cafes and hotels.

Then, you'll dive into the Medina, also known as the Old Town, experiencing the daily life and customs of Tangier's residents. Strolling through its streets, you will reach the Kasbah for views over the port and bay.

Near the fortress, you will have a break for a traditional Moroccan feast, which includes Harira, beef skewers, chicken or vegetable couscous, Arab tea, and Moroccan sweets, before continuing your guided walking tour to a local bazaar.

After an unforgettable day, you'll head back to the ferry port to sail back to Tarifa, returning to the meeting point in Torremolinos after approximately 15 hours.
