Torres Vedras Surf Lesson
We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we will provide all necessary equipment.
The lesson will start with some instructions and we will practice the basic movements on land. Once you feel comfortable maintaining your balance, we will head out to sea to hit the waves!
Initially, we will focus on small waves, and once you feel confident surfing near the shore, we will proceed further out where you can practice with waves of all heights.
At the end of the lesson, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
