Meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras. All necessary equipment will be provided.
The lesson begins with instructions and practice of basic movements on land. After mastering balance, proceed to the water to hit the waves.
Start with small waves; once comfortable near the shore, venture further out to practice with waves of all heights.
At the end of the lesson, return to the starting point to return the equipment.
