We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we'll provide all the necessary equipment.

The lesson will begin with instructions and practice of basic movements on land. Once you are balanced, we will head out to sea and surf the waves!

We will start with small waves, and once you are comfortable, we will venture further out to practice with waves of all heights.

At the end of the lesson, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
