Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Estartit coast with this Medes Islands Kayak Tour. You'll paddle in the Mediterranean waters around one of the Costa Brava archipelagos.

Description

At 9 am, we'll meet just in front of Camí del Ter Vell on the Passeig Marítim in Estartit, and receive brief instructions on kayak use.

Then, we'll depart from Ter Vell Beach in Estartit for a kayak tour; the Medes Islands are only 20 minutes away. The guide will share information about this archipelago, known to be an old pirate refuge.

We'll learn about the geology of the Medes Islands, including Meda Gran, Meda Petita, and other smaller islets like the Tascons. Upon arrival, we'll make a brief stop to rest and take a refreshing dip in the natural surroundings along the Costa Brava.

Afterwards, we'll return to the kayaks and continue discovering facts about the Iles Medes Nature Reserve, declared a Protected National Nature Park in 2010.

We'll be back at the starting point at 11:30 am.
