Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Estartit coast with this Medes Islands Kayak Tour. You'll paddle in the Mediterranean waters around one of the Costa Brava archipelagos.

Description

At 9 am, we'll meet just in front of Camí del Ter Vell on the Passeig Marítim in Estartit, and receive brief instructions on how to use the kayaks.

We'll depart from Ter Vell Beach in Estartit to begin a kayak tour; the Medes Islands are only 20 minutes away. During the trip, the guide will share information about this archipelago, which was a former pirate refuge.

We will learn details about the geology of the Medas Islands, including Meda Gran, Meda Petita, and smaller islands like the Tascons. After arriving, we'll take a brief stop to rest and swim in this natural setting along the Costa Brava.

Then, we will return to the kayaks to paddle back to Estartit while discovering more about the Iles Medes Nature Reserve, declared a Protected National Nature Park in 2010.

We'll be back at the starting point at 11:30 am.
