What to expect

At your chosen starting time, we will meet at the diving center in Tossa de Mar to prepare for your first dive.

Our initiation dive is perfect for those wanting an introduction to Scuba Diving. You will learn why many enjoy this sport.

The activity begins with a brief presentation from our instructor on using the equipment and the basic diving techniques for safety.

After the theory, we will test the equipment in a special enclosure before we dive into the open sea.

Then the moment arrives - your first real dive! With the equipment secured, we will enter the water and begin our descent. You will experience breathing through a pressure regulator, providing a sensation similar to swimming like a fish. You will observe various colorful marine life near Tossa de Mar, including seahorses, monkfish, moonfish, and moray eels.

After this experience, we will return to the diving center. After showering and changing, you will receive your PADI Discover Scuba Diving certificate.
