Day Trip Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at Piazza Re Manfredi and leave Trani towards Castel del Monte by minibus. Once at our destination, we'll begin a guided tour of the interior, exploring its halls and towers and learning about its architectural details.
Castel del Monte is an octagonal fortress built by Frederick II, emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, in the 13th century. Its form, symbolism, and architecture have made it a World Heritage Site since 1996.
After the visit, we'll return to the meeting point in Trani, concluding the tour after a total of 3 hours.
