At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at Piazza Re Manfredi and head towards Castel del Monte by minibus. Upon arrival, we'll begin a guided tour of the interior. This tour includes an exploration of its halls and towers and insights into its architectural details.
Castel del Monte is an octagonal fortress built by Frederick II, emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, in the 13th century. Recognized as a World Heritage Site in 1996, its unique form and architecture represent a significant example of medieval art.
The castle is noted as one of the best-preserved castles in southern Italy. After enjoying this visit, we will return to the meeting point in Trani, completing the trip in a total of 3 hours.
