At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via Roma 18 to start this food tour of Trapani. Accompanied by a local guide, we'll walk through the historic centre of the charming Sicilian town, discovering its anecdotes and unique aromas. Are you hungry?

This walk will take us through 6 carefully selected gastronomic stops, where you can taste specialities handed down for generations. We'll start with caponata, a mixture of aubergines, tomatoes, and olives that embodies Sicilian cuisine.

Our next dish will be panelle, famous chickpea croquettes. We will also try busiate con pesto alla Trapanese, a fresh pasta with a sauce made of basil, tomatoes, and almonds.
