Istria Food Tour

At 9 am we'll meet at your chosen point in Trieste to begin our tour. During this time we'll visit 3 of the most attractive locations in Istria, famous for their wine and culinary traditions.

Our first stop will be Hum, known for its Biska. With only 20 inhabitants, Hum is considered the smallest village in the world. We will drive through this charming town to taste local products and enjoy the mountainous landscape before heading to Motovun.

In Motovun, the most famous medieval town in Istria, we will observe the city walls and historical buildings, including the Church of St. Stephen built in the 17th century. Afterwards, we will taste the truffle, an important local product, cherished for its unique flavor.

Later, we will head to Grožnjan, known for its production of excellent wine and olive oil. The village offers a variety of restaurants for local cuisine and is recognized as a town of art and music, attracting artists with its beautiful landscapes.

The tour will conclude with your return to the starting point in Trieste.
