Istria Food Tour

At 9 am, we'll meet at your chosen point in Trieste to begin our tour. We'll visit 3 attractive locations in Istria, known for their wine and culinary traditions.

Our first stop will be Hum, notable for its Biska. With only 20 inhabitants, Hum is considered the smallest village in the world. We’ll sample local products and enjoy the mountainous landscape before heading to Motovun.

In the medieval town of Motovun, we will see the city walls and historical buildings, including the 17th-century Church of St. Stephen. We'll taste one of its key local products: the truffle, a key ingredient in many Istrian dishes.

Next, we will proceed to Grožnjan, located on fertile land known for high-quality wine and olive oil. The village features numerous restaurants serving local cuisine and is recognized as a town of art and music due to its scenic beauty attracting artists.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point in Trieste.
