Piran & Slovenian Coast Tour

We'll pick you up at your chosen point in Trieste at the indicated time and head to our first stop, the city of Piran. After about 40 minutes of travel, we'll arrive in this Slovenian town that recalls Venice due to its historical Venetian influence.

Our itinerary starts at Piazza Giuseppe Tartini, dedicated to the famous violinist born in Piran. In this square, you'll find significant buildings, including Tartini's birthplace, the Venetian palace, the Tartini Theatre, and the Town Hall. We will then walk through the narrow streets to visit the Church of St. George and the town walls for panoramic views.

Next, we will continue westwards to explore three key locations on the Slovenian coast, starting with the tourist town of Portorož, where we will explore the salt plains and enjoy a tasting of wine and Istrian products. Then, we will visit Izola and Koper, where our guide will provide insights into these seaside resorts, including Koper, the largest city on the Slovenian coast. The journey offers extraordinary landscapes with views of the sea and the Alps.

We will return to the starting point approximately 5 hours after the tour begins.
