Trieste Wine Tasting

At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 9 Via Trento, in the heart of Trieste. After introductions, we'll begin our journey to discover the winemaking traditions of Friuli, Karst and Istria. We will explore the characteristics of these 3 types of terroirs.

We'll immerse ourselves in a 1-hour sensory experience, during which we'll taste 3 different wines. The activity begins with a sparkling wine from Friuli, accompanied by an aperitif that enhances its notes and aromas.

Next, we'll taste a white wine from Istria, notable for its freshness and complexity. Following another aperitif with typical regional ingredients, we'll conclude the experience with a red wine from the Karst of Trieste, which has rich history and character, paired with another snack.

Once our exploration of the wine from Friuli-Venezia-Giulia is complete, we will end the experience.
