Diving in Trincomalee

At your chosen time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Trincomalee and take you to the dive center. There, you will receive a wetsuit, mask, and fins, and we will prepare the equipment for the speedboat ride to the dive site.

After a brief introduction about the dive, we will enter the water. You will explore the colorful seabed of the Gulf of Bengal. Depending on luck, you may see turtles, reef sharks, and other marine life.

If you have booked two dives, we will wait the necessary time between dives before proceeding with the second dive.

After diving, we will return to the surface and take you back to your hotel in Trincomalee.

Requirements for the activity

Participants must hold the international Open Water certificate or similar accreditation to prove readiness for the dive.

Pick-up

This activity includes pick-up from hotels in Trincomalee. Guests staying elsewhere must travel to Ward No. 1, 9th Mile Post.

Important information

After the last dive, wait at least 24 hours before flying or ascending to high altitudes.
