2 or 3 day Ichapekene Festival in San Ignacio de Moxos

Day 1

Pick-up from your hotel in Trinidad is at 6 am for a two-hour drive to San Ignacio de Moxos. Upon arrival, settle into the hotel and have breakfast. We will walk through the town to visit the Missionary Church, Cabildo Indigenal, Museum of Moxos, and School of Music, exploring the fusion of Hispanic and indigenous cultures.

Lunch will be at a local restaurant before attending a mass in honor of St. Ignatius of Loyola. After the ceremony, we will witness the Tintirintín leading the procession on horseback, followed by the figure of the Patron Saint and participants in colorful costumes.

Day 2

After breakfast, we will hike to the Isirere lagoon, known for its natural attractions and legends. Enjoy swimming and exploring the area. Following this, we return to the village for lunch and then depart for Trinidad, arriving at 5 pm.

3 day party

Extend your experience with an additional day at the Ichapekene festival. After visiting the Isirere lagoon, join the procession of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, followed by an evening free for dinner. On the third day, after breakfast, depart for Trinidad, with drop-off at 2 pm.

Accommodation

The tour includes 1 or 2 nights accommodation in a double or triple room with a private bathroom in a hotel in San Ignacio de Moxos, such as Casa Peji or similar.
