Day 1
Your journey begins with a 6 am pickup from your hotel in Trinidad, followed by a scenic two-hour drive to San Ignacio de Moxos. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Next, you'll embark on a guided stroll around the town, visiting key sites such as the Missionary Church, the Cabildo Indigenal, the Museum of Moxos, and the School of Music. As you explore these locations, you'll uncover the rich history and traditions that reflect the blend of Hispanic and indigenous cultures.
After the walking tour, a lunch at a local eatery awaits before heading to the church for mass, honoring St. Ignatius of Loyola, the town's patron saint. Following the service, witness the dramatic entrance of the Tintirintín, a mythical figure signaling the start of the procession on horseback. Accompanying him are the vibrant figures of the Patron Saint, along with the achos and chasqueros donned in their colorful attire.
Day 2
After a restful night, enjoy your breakfast before setting off on a hiking excursion to the stunning Isirere lagoon, a natural gem in the region. As you trek, you'll hear captivating legends surrounding this enchanting location, where opportunities to swim and explore the natural beauty await.
Following your exploration, return to the village for lunch before beginning your journey back to Trinidad, where you are expected to arrive around 5 pm.

The chance to savor an additional day of the enchanting Ichapekene festival in San Ignacio de Moxos awaits. After visiting the Isirere lagoon and enjoying lunch on the second day, you will participate in the solemn procession in honor of Saint Ignatius of Loyola.
