In this tour of Trinidad, we'll explore the culture and nature of one of the most important cities in southern Bolivia. Plus, we'll visit the Suarez Lagoon!

Complete Tour of Trinidad

At the selected time, we'll pick you up at your hotel to begin a complete tour of Trinidad.

We'll start with a walking tour of the city, visiting the main square, where the Trinidad Cathedral is located.

Then, we'll head to the Plaza de las Banderas to learn about significant events in the history of Trinidad and the department of Beni. Afterwards, we'll go to the San Juan stream, where we may see capybara.

The next stop will be at the Ramsar Wetlands interpretation center to learn about the Ramsar Wetlands, recognized for their international importance and included in the Ramsar Convention for the protection of wetlands by UNESCO.

Next, we'll visit the Kenneth Lee Ethno-Archaeological Museum to learn about the ancient Moxeña civilization. We'll then proceed to a local handicraft market where you can purchase traditional medicine made with Amazonian products.

Finally, we'll take a bus to the Suarez Lagoon, the main natural attraction of Trinidad. If you have chosen the afternoon schedule, it will be the ideal place to enjoy a sunset over its waters.

You'll have time to enjoy the surroundings or take a swim if you'd like before we take you back to your hotel in Trinidad. The total tour duration is approximately 3 hours.
