Join us on this free tour of the historic center of Trinidad and La Vigía hill at sunset, where we will admire the views from this vantage point.

Free tour of La Vigia Hill at Sunset

The tour will start in the main square of Trinidad, next to the statue of Terpsichore at the Hotel Iberostar Heritage Grand Trinidad, at the scheduled time.

As we proceed through Carillo Square and other areas of the historic center of Trinidad, we will learn interesting facts about the town and the Valle de los Ingenios. Both sites are declared World Heritage Sites.

We will then begin our climb to the top of La Vigía Hill, where we will enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset over Trinidad. The sky will display reddish, orange, and violet tones, creating a stunning visual experience.

After the sunset, we will descend La Vigía Hill while discussing the history of pirates in the region, significant for its strategic importance in Caribbean trade routes.

The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and will conclude back in the historic center of Trinidad.
