Experience Norway's indigenous people's traditional way of life and take a reindeer sleigh ride through the Norwegian Lapland! Visit a Sami camp while riding alongside Santa's furry friends.

Tour Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Tromso Havn Prostneser bus terminal. From here, we'll hop on a minibus and embark on a scenic 30-minute journey to reach an authentic Sami camp.

Upon reaching our destination, you'll be greeted by numerous wild reindeer roaming around the Sami cabins. We'll provide you with some food so you can feed these furry friends in their natural habitat if you'd like.

Then, it's time for a reindeer sleigh ride! When booking, you can choose between a 10-15 minute sleigh ride or a more extended 20-25 minute ride.

As we ride through the breathtaking landscapes of Norwegian Lapland, you'll have the chance to take in the awe-inspiring landscape while experiencing the most time-honored mode of transport. It's sure to be an unforgettable experience.

With our noses and cheeks red from the cold, we'll gather in a cozy cabin around a crackling campfire. Here, we'll enjoy a hot drink and a traditional stew while gaining a deeper insight into the Sami people and their culture. As an added treat, we'll watch a performance of "joik," a traditional Sami cultural song to round off the experience.

After an invigorating 4 hours, we'll return to the meeting point, bringing the activity to an end.
