Whale Watching Fjord Cruise

At 8 am, we will meet at the pier near Skarven Kro Restaurant on Kaigata Street in Tromsø. Prepare to sail the icy waters of the Norwegian fjords.

During the winter months, from early November to the end of January, Tromsø's waters attract humpback whales, killer whales, porpoises, and other Arctic cetaceans seeking herring.

We will cruise the fjords looking for these mammals. Once spotted, the boat will stop to allow calm observation and photo opportunities. Guests can also enjoy hot drinks at the boat's bar during this time.

After the experience, we will return to the starting point between 4 pm and 5 pm.

Important

There is no guarantee of whale sightings, as they are wild animals and weather conditions can affect their behavior.

The trip's duration will depend on the weather and the time taken to locate the whales, lasting between eight and nine hours. We will conduct this activity without disturbing the animals, using a silent electric motor to minimize noise and vibrations.
