Discover the amazing mammals that inhabit the Norwegian fjords on this whale watching boat trip.

Whale Watching Fjord Cruise

At 8 am, we'll meet at the pier to the side of Skarven Kro Restaurant, located on Kaigata Street in Tromsø. We will sail the icy waters of the Norwegian fjords.

During the winter months from early November to late January, Tromsø's waters attract humpback whales, killer whales, porpoises, and other Arctic cetaceans seeking herring.

We'll cruise the Norwegian fjords to observe these mammals. Once spotted, the boat will stop to allow calm viewing and photography. While watching, you can also visit the boat's bar for hot drinks.

The return to the starting point will occur between 4 pm and 5 pm.

Important

We cannot guarantee whale sightings as they are wild animals and their behavior may be influenced by various factors, including unpredictable weather.

The trip duration depends on weather conditions and whale spotting, lasting between eight and nine hours.

This whale watching activity will be conducted without invading or disturbing the animals' natural space, utilizing a silent electric motor to avoid noise or vibrations harmful to the cetaceans.
