On this Vespa tour of Tropea, you'll discover the coastal city of Calabria and its surroundings while driving Italy's most popular motorcycles. You'll also visit Pizzo and the Zungri caves.
Description
We'll meet at the scheduled time at Largo San Michele 8/9 to introduce ourselves and collect the Vespas for an exciting tour around Tropea and its surroundings.
After exploring this calabrese town known for its Cathedral and Santa Maria dell'Isola Church, we'll take the motorcycles to the Zungri Caves, a series of dwellings in excavated caverns in the rock, also referred to as the Stone City.
Next, we'll drive the Vespas to Pizzo, where we can admire the picturesque Piedigrotta Church within a cave and Castello Murat, a fort with panoramic sea and city views.
We will make a stop in Pizzo for you to try the famous "Il Tartufo" ice cream, a local specialty not to be missed.
Finally, we'll return to Tropea to conclude the tour after 4 hours.
