Join us to discover the pre-Columbian culture of Peru on this excursion to the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, Huanchaco and the citadel of Chan Chan.

Tour Details

We'll meet at the Plaza de Armas in Trujillo at the specified time, then proceed to the archaeological site of the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, Huanchaco, and the citadel of Chan Chan. The itinerary includes a stop at Huaca Arco Iris and Huaca Esmeralda. After these visits, we'll explore the ancient citadel of Chan Chan, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest adobe cities in America. This tour will also include the Palace of Nik An.

Next, we will visit Huanchaco, where you will have free time for lunch. Afterward, we will proceed to the Museum Huaca de Moche and visit the archaeological site with the Sun and Moon Pyramids, learning about the society within the Trujillo Valley during the pre-Columbian Moche era.

Finally, after approximately 8 hours of activity, we will return to the starting point.
