Are you fascinated by pre-Columbian civilizations? On this excursion to Muyil and the canals of Sian Ka'an, we'll visit a Mayan site in the Yucatan and navigate through ancient canals.

Muyil & Sian Ka'an Tour

Between 12:30 and 1 pm, we'll pick you up at your hotel and head inland to the Yucatan for a guided tour of the Muyil archaeological site. During the tour of this ancient Mayan city, we'll admire the pyramid of Muyil and learn about the history of the temples and archaeological remains of this site. We'll visit an observation tower for panoramic views of Muyil. After the views, lunch will be served outside, featuring a selection of vegetarian dishes based on Yucatecan recipes.

Following lunch, we'll take a boat ride through Sian Ka'an, navigating ancient canals built by the Mayas beside two freshwater lagoons. You'll have 30 minutes free for a swim among orchids and bromeliads. Afterward, we'll sail back to the starting point and return to your hotel, arriving between 6:30 and 7 pm.
