Beginner-Level Official Scuba Diving Course

Day 1 and 2: Theory and Confined Water

On the first day, we will meet at a dive academy on Sagitario Street to start the PADI Open Water course in Tulum. The first two days focus on a theory introduction to scuba diving—essential for obtaining the official diving diploma. You will learn about diving equipment, safety protocols, and underwater communication signals.

The day concludes with a brief knowledge test to ensure understanding of fundamental concepts, followed by practice diving in confined waters. The sessions will last approximately six hours over both days, concluding at the academy.

Day 3: Coral Reef Dive

On the third day, we will meet at the academy at the same time and travel to Casa Cenote, near the Caribbean Sea. We will conduct a total of four dives, exploring the cenote and nearby reefs at depths of 18 meters (60 feet).

The duration of the course on this day will also be within the five to six-hour range. We will conclude at the academy, presenting you with your international diving certificate, officially recognizing you as a diver.
