On this taco tour in Tulum, we'll follow a gastronomic route perfect for foodies in search of the most traditional and exotic flavors that Mexico has to offer.

Tulum Taco Tour

We'll meet at the established time at the OXXO Geminis supermarket to start our taco tour around Tulum.

The first stop will be at Las Cazuelas restaurant, where we'll try tacos guisados, filled with stewed meat and spices. Afterwards, we'll visit a natural juice shop for refreshing juices made from exotic local fruits.

The tour continues to a local fruit shop, a taquería known for their cochinita pibil tacos, and a traditional tamal shop. The origin of tamales is pre-Columbian, historically consumed during rituals and festivities.

Our next stop will be the Tulum market, where we'll learn about mole, a traditional Mexican sauce made with chiles and chocolate. Lastly, we will stop at a typical paletería to try artisanal popsicles made with local fruits.

We will conclude this unique gastronomic experience at Dos Aguas Park after about 3 hours.
