Description
Meet us at Tulum Ruins Avenue to begin our guided tour of the Tulum archaeological site. Over an hour and a half, we will explore key highlights of the Tulum archaeological complex, led by a knowledgeable guide. Tulum was constructed as a coastal fortress and has played a significant role in history as a revered place of worship.
Key structures include the Temple of the Frescoes, the Temple of the Descending God, and the Castle, all while enjoying breathtaking Caribbean Sea views from the cliffs of Tulum.
After the archaeological site, we will visit a small community in the Maya jungle to learn about their traditions, customs, and daily life. The excursion will culminate in a refreshing swim in the community's cenote, providing an immersive experience.
We will conclude our culturally enriching day at this beautiful location.
