Tunisia 8-Day Tour

On this 8-day tour of Tunisia, we'll explore the best attractions of the Mediterranean country, from its oasis to archaeological sites includingCarthage, El Djem, the Canyon of Mides, and thetroglodyte houses of Matmata.

Tour Details

Day 1: Tunis - Hammamet

Upon arrival at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, we'll transfer you to your hotel in Hammamet to settle in for the day.

Day 2: Hammamet - Kairouan - Tozeur

After breakfast, we'll travel to Kairouan for a guided tour of its historic centre and then have lunch in Gafsa before heading to Tozeur to explore its Medina.

Day 3: Tozeur - Chebika - Midès - Tozeur

We’ll set off in an off-roading vehicle to visit the oasis of Chebika and the Tamerza waterfall, followed by a trip to the Mides Canyon. You'll have lunch in Tozeur and free time in the afternoon.

Day 4: Tozeur - Chott El Djerid - Douz - Ksar Ghilane

This day includes visiting Chott El Djerid and the town of Douz, known as the Gateway to the Desert. Enjoy a night in the desert with dinner and camping.

Day 5: Ksar Ghilane - Matmata - Sfax

We’ll explore the troglodyte houses in Matmata and visit Sfax's historical sites, including the Great Mosque.

Day 6: Sfax - El Djem - Sousse - Hammamet

Visit El Djem and its amphitheatre, followed by the Medina of Sousse. Lunch will be provided before returning to Hammamet.

Day 7: Hammamet - Sidi Bou Said - Tunis

Explore Carthage and its archaeological sites, then visit Sidi Bou Said before heading to downtown Tunis for free time in the medina.

Day 8: Tunis

After breakfast, we will transfer you to Tunis-Carthage airport for your flight home.
