Úbeda is rich in history and eerie legends. The tour starts at the Gate of Granada, known for a hidden treasure. Discover the legend of the juancaballos, half-man, half-horse creatures, and other mysteries of Úbeda.
The first stop is the Plaza de San Lorenzo, featuring the 16th-century Casa de las Torres, or Palacio de los Dávalos, where a woman's body was found during renovations. We will explore the circumstances of her death.
Next is the Casa de Luna y Sol, adorned with coats of arms of the sun and moon, highlighting a historical figure's mysterious connection to the property.
In the old town, the Vázquez de Molina Square offers the Basílica y Real Colegiata de Santa María la Mayor de los Reales Alcázares de Úbeda, an Asset of Cultural Interest associated with an elf. The square also features the Holy Chapel of the Savior, noted for its beautiful stone facade.
